de Young Open

I’m incredibly honored to have this image, They Said She Had Man Hands. One of Them Asked if She Was a Princess, featured in a new show opening at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, California. As a San Francisco Native, this is as good as it gets! I grew up visiting the museum and seeing countless shows, not to mention the countless jobs I worked there throughout my youth while I worked for a catering company.

The work means a lot to me and I’m proud that it’s the one that they selected, along with hundreds of other amazing works from artists in so many mediums across the nine Bay Area Counties.

The works will be on display as part of the de Young Open from 10 October, 2020 through 3 January, 2021.
